Man Forgets His New Wife at a Fill-in Station On their Way from Honeymoon

It was about 6pm on Thursday 10th October 2013 when a German man forgot his new wife at a high way gas station in the German town of Bad Hersfeld near Berlin.

The couple was returning from France where they had gone to spend their honey moon when the groom, who was driving the car, pulled over at a gas station to fill their tank.

The bride had been sleeping at the rear seat but came out to ease herself in the ladies unnoticed to her husband. After buying the fuel, the groom drove away, not noticing that his bride was no longer inside the car.

The bride came out only to find to her embarrassment that her husband had gone. Meanwhile her phone was inside the car and there was no pay phone in site since it was a high way and it was late in the day, so she got across to the police.

The groom had driven alone in the car for about two and half hours when she noticed the absence of his bride. Embarrassed, he called the police who informed him that his wife was safe and waiting for him.

What do you think must have transpired to cause this?

The Fish Was So Big The Fisherman Was Afraid of It and Made a Distress Call

Can you locate a place called Cape Cod on the map? It is a piece of land jutting out of the Atlantic Ocean at the easternmost part of the State of Massachusetts in Northern USA.

Cape Cod is famous as a hot holiday destination especially during summers and for big catch fishing activities. Almost all round the year, fishermen from across the world search the waters looking for the tuna specie of fish and once in a while they celebrate an unusual catch. Only in less than three months ago, fishermen hauled out a tuna that weighed over 417kg from off the Cape Cod Coast.

Once again, it has happened: another big catch from off Cape Cod. Although the size is less than the one reported above (about 295kg), the events surrounding it is funnier and stranger. The fisherman who made the catch, Steve McNally, had to make an offshore call to his colleagues to come to his aid.

What is most surprising about the call McNally made was that this does not even go close to his biggest catch ever on the same spot. Only a few years ago, he had caught a fish weighing about 499kg and did not ask for help. Well, I think age is now telling on the fortunate fisherman.

Drama As Musicians Play Unusual Pranks On Their Own Ticket Sellers (Macklemore and Ryan Lewis))

Scalper? Do you know what this word means? It means someone who buys a ticket and resells it for profit.

A few hours ago, an American hip hop duo, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis after surprisingly scoring the Most American Music Award Nominations, had their concert tickets turned into instant hot cake. The upcoming rappers had scored a staggering '6' in the the highly respected Award even ahead of old timers like Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift.

So, as soon as the news of the breakthrough went round, scalpers saw it as a good opportunity to make good money as usual. Sensing this, the "Thrift Shop", "Same Love" and "Can't hold us" crooners went online to see what scalpers were doing with the opportunity, and they found many and decided to call them and, while pretending to be one of their prospects, would try negotiating the ticket prices which were much bloated.

For instance, Macklemore and Ryan spotted a British scalper (a woman) who displayed $65 on Craigslist as the ticket price for one of the shows to be held at Seatle and the following telephone conversation ensued:

Macklemore (mimicking a British accent and with Ryan Lewis sitting next to him): Hello I'm calling about the Craigslist tickets for the Macklemore show. I don't know if the bloke is worth 65 bucks a ticket, I'm trying to decide if my two nieces would be interested in the show.

Scalper: He's got two of them actually

Macklemore: Only two songs? Two-hit wonder? You wouldn't sell the Bieber tickets if you had them. From what I hear, Bieber doesn't even really matter that much anymore. Macklemore is, like, the thing.

After about seven minutes of trying to negotiate the ticket price with the woman, who finally would go no lower than $60, the game ended as follows:

Macklemore: I'm going to marinate on it. I think you missed out a bit because this is Macklemore.

Scalper: No way.

Macklemore: I'll see you in Seattle at some point. I'll be on the Internet.

The hip hop duo have posted a video of this conversation on their Youtube page with a link to buy tickets at the right price from their website.

I think this is quite creative of the young musicians and shows they care about their fans and not just to be interested in their money. What do you think? There is joy in sharing. So, please, click on the Facebook, Twitter or Google Plus icons below to share this story with your loved ones.

A Plane Lands Safely on a Busy Road in California!

Wonders shall never seize to happen in this our world!

A plane has landed safely on a busy high way in California's Silicon Valley. The emergency landing occurred during rush-hour traffic.

It was about 8 a.m. on Thursday, when a pilot and a student pilot were on a training exercise on board a single-wing, fixed engine airplane and landed on a busy San Jose expressway, just after takeoff from the Reid-Hillview Airport. The pilot who was alive to tell the story was said to have noticed a malfunction shortly after take-off and was forced to make the emergency landing.

The plane managed to avoid traffic on the roadway and pulled off into a right-turn lane.

Surprisingly, a spokeswoman for San Jose police said neither the pilot nor the passenger on board was injured and no one on the ground was hurt.

The Bellanca 7ECA single-engine aircraft is owned by Amelia Reid Aviation LLC.
The company operates a flight training school from nearby Reid Hillview airport in east San Jose.
